About Us
GTA 5 in Browser is a fan project built by people who have spent far too many evenings in Los Santos. We wanted one place where you can launch the game in a tab, look up how a heist works, check a cheat code or settle an argument about which ending is canon, without wading through pages of filler. Everything here exists for that purpose.
Independent fan site: GTA 5 in Browser is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and all related names, logos and characters belong to their respective owners.
What You Will Find Here
- A browser version of GTA 5 on the home page, ready to start with one click
- A catalog of related games sorted into four categories: GTA classics, crime, driving and shooting
- Guides covering the story and characters, the heists and side content, practical tips and the history of the series
The catalog is meant for the moments when you want something shorter or different. Each game opens on its own page with a description written by our team, so you know what you are getting before you press Play.
How We Write Our Guides
Every guide starts with research, not with a keyword list. We work from official announcements, store pages, established reference sources and long-running player discussions, and we cross-check details before they go on the page. When something cannot be confirmed, we leave it out rather than guess. That is why some of our guides deliberately skip exact numbers that vary between versions of the game.
We also try to write the way a knowledgeable friend would explain things: clearly, without padding and with the most useful information first. If a guide gets something wrong, we want to hear about it and fix it.
Where the Games Come From
The games on this site are not hosted by us. They are embedded from third-party game platforms and load from those platforms’ servers inside a window on our pages. We choose titles that fit the theme of the site and write our own descriptions for them, but the games themselves remain the work and property of their creators.
Keeping the Site Running
To cover hosting and development, the site may display advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Advertising never decides what we write about or how we describe a game. How ads and cookies work here is explained in our Privacy Policy.
